Master Micro and Nanosystems
The Master offers an interdisciplinary education with elements primarily from mechanical and electrical engineering. It is complemented by courses in physics, material science, electronics and microsystems, computational science and process technology.
The content of the programme is balanced between basic theory, fundamental method?ology and application-specific topics.
Tools ranging from computer simulation to advanced experimental techniques are introduced and applied in order to provide a deeper understanding of the underlying phenomena, processes, and system characteristics.
