Event Academy
Do you work at ETH Zurich and organise conferences, conventions or other events? Then attend our event workshops to get some valuable tips and tricks from our experts.
What we offer
Our workshops are free of charge and held on site several times a year, and the number of participants is limited.
In this workshop, you will learn about the basic prerequisites and all relevant requirements for successfully organising events at ETH.
- You will be given the opportunity to creatively apply your new knowledge directly on site using case studies with a connection to ETH.
- We will give you helpful tips and tricks relating to the efficient planning, coordination and organisation of events.
- The programme includes a creative coffee break and lunch as a group.

Based on Event Workshop 1, in Event Workshop 2 you will build up your knowledge in the subjects listed below by working your way around a circuit of experienced experts.

- Catering
- Event communications
