Back Office Applications

The back office applications are provided for the administrative offices of the Academic Services and the Study Administration Offices.

Access and permissions

The Study Administration Offices may use the applications via the Citrix Workspace App only. In order to use the applications, personal accounts must be requested. If permissions for a certain application are missing, the Lehrbetrieb-Support can be contacted.

Citrix

Users in the departments need a properly configured Citrix client (Citrix Workspace App) in order to access the backoffice applications LISETHpro, LKW, Sempro+ and ZULETH. Please contact your department's IT support group (ISG) for help with the citrix installation and configuration.

Login

To log in to Citrix, the username is preceded by d\, e.g. d\username

A VPN connection is required to access the Citrix environment from outside ETH. The login to the VPN connection must take place before the Citrix login.
