Class Registration

At SIT, besides the required courses, students can independently decide which classes they want to take. Therefore, you have to decide which classes you want to take and register them to the university. This is called "course registration". As a general rule, course registration is done during the registration period that is set up before and after semesters begin. Student Affairs Section

Students are required to register for all courses they wish to take, including required courses.
Courses offered in the first semester (including courses for the first and second quarters) and courses offered throughout the year must be registered in the first semester, and courses offered in the second semester (including courses for the third and fourth quarters) must be registered in the second semester.
Students enrolled in teaching courses must also register for teaching courses.
Students are not allowed to take courses that are offered in the senior year.
Students cannot take two courses which falls on the same day of the week and on the same class period (duplicate of course registration).
If a student fails a course and taking the course again is called "retake".
In principle, students who have not paid the full amount of tuition for the previous semester is not able to register for courses.

If you would like to register for courses in other faculties and departments, please submit an application form within the designated period.
In the College of Engineering, the School of Architecture and the College of Design Engineering, students are required to register for each quarter system course.
"Graduation Research" and "Integrated Research" must also be registered.
